Dear Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Vegan Toner is a hydrating and soothing toner that balances the skin's pH level and prepares it for the next steps in your skincare routine. It contains a blend of plant extracts and hyaluronic acid to provide deep hydration and nourishment.
